Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, lens caps, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping and Labeling

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the optical integrity and condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
